Entre Nos (Entre nous) est une œuvre vidéo multi-écrans qui réinvente les décors de films pornographiques gais commerciaux mettant en scène des acteurs latinos. Grâce à l’échantillonnage d’images et à l’expansion des arrière-plans par IA, ces décors deviennent des espaces hybrides qui brouillent la frontière entre la documentation et la fiction. Les arrière-plans sont extraits des premiers résultats de recherche pour « Latino » sur PornHub. En supprimant le contenu explicite, l’œuvre se concentre sur le geste romantique et intime du baiser. Des fragments déformés et zoomés déconstruisent les scènes originales, révélant une tendresse fugace au sein de l’architecture complexe des décors improvisés. Ces actes hors champ sont médiatisés par des écrans—caméras, téléphones et moniteurs—permettant au spectateur d’être témoin de ce qui, autrement, resterait invisible.
Entre Nos (Between Us) is a multi-screen video work that reimagines the backdrops of commercial gay porn featuring Latino actors. Using image sampling and AI background expansion, these settings become hybrid spaces that blur the line between documentation and fabrication. Backgrounds are sampled from the top search results for “Latino” on PornHub. Removing explicit content, the work focuses instead on the romantic, intimate gesture of kissing. Glitched, zoomed-in fragments deconstruct the original scenes, highlighting fleeting tenderness within the layered architecture of the makeshift sets. These off-frame acts are mediated through screens—cameras, phones, and monitors—allowing the viewer to witness what otherwise couldn’t be seen.
